BAPT is proud of its high standards of clinical excellence and ethical practice.  Part of ensuring that this legacy continues is to hear about the times when you have been really happy with our Play Therapists’ work and also when you feel unhappy with something.  As a starting point, it is always helpful to have those conversations informally with the Play Therapist, in person.  However, if you feel unable to do this we are more than happy to have those conversations with you – please get in touch.
