Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the organisation’s day-to-day business and administrative operations.
  • Handle financial management, including budgeting and fiscal reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors and subcommittees to ensure operational coherence and efficiency.
  • Develop strategic plans with the Board of Directors that align with our charitable objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders, enhancing our charity’s impact and visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business management, preferably in a non-profit setting.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial management and strategic planning.
  • Commitment to the values and mission of play therapy and children’s mental health.
