Every Cloud Play & Creative Arts Therapy – Play Therapist
Every Cloud Play & Creative Arts Therapy was founded by Naomi and Kay in 2019. We see children and young people from 3 to 17 years in three age bespoke therapy rooms. We also deliver school training and Child Parent Relationship Therapy.
We pride ourselves on being a force of nature in championing the children and young people we support by advocating on their behalf in meetings and reviews. We have won awards from No Child Left Behind for two consecutive years and are currently GloucestershireLive’s Small Business of the Year.
Year on year we have expanded and developed our Play Therapy practice to support approx. 40 children and teens across the week. But the demand for our services keeps increasing! We are now ready to expand yet again and are looking to recruit two employed therapists to join our fabulous team to take this to 56 children and young people across the week.
We know that our salary offered (£30k FTE/pro rata’d to term time only) is low for the qualification and experience level we are requesting. As a small Community Interest Company we have offered what we can realistically afford to pay. This is a starting salary and will be reviewed annually. Our aim will be to increase this remuneration package as we develop together as a team and strengthen Every Cloud together.
