All BAPT Membership Renewals fall on 1st October Annually
The PSA fee charged to BAPT to enable us to remain accredited register holder was increased this year, however the Board of Directors has agreed to maintain membership at existing levels and not pass that increase on to members at this time.

The annual renewal of your BAPT Membership is due on 30th September. In order to maintain your registration, Renewal forms need to be returned by 15th October by email to bapt.uk.com, along with any relevant documentation.
The Annual membership fee for Full Membership remains at £160.
If we dont receive this form by 15th October, your will be removed from the online Register of Qualified Play Therapists, until such time as the renewal is completed.
Please note: payment of the renewal fee doesn’t automatically renew your Membership, you must complete the renewal form (and return it by e-mail preferably) before 15th October.
Please ensure that you complete all the questions on the renewal form. We are now required by PSA to check that all Full practising Members are covered for Public Indemnity Insurance, whether they are employed by large or small organisations, or are self-employed/freelance. We are also still required to check that your CRB / DBS is up to date.
If you are renewing your Overseas Membership please note that as the PSA Accreditation of our online Register is for those working in the UK only, therefore your name will not appear on the Register itself, and you are not subject to the Professional Conduct Procedure (Complaints Procedure, as it used to be called).
Once again you have a choice of payment methods, details on the renewal form, and online payment can be made below. If you are a UK tax payer, please tick the Gift Aid box as BAPT can claim back tax on your subscription. We can claim 25p for every £1 you pay.
This is usually a one year post qualification membership, however the ongoing pandemic has seen many of you unable to start work, or having very little work in your post qualification year, so the NQT status can be renewed if this applies to your circumstances, or if your qualified later than expected due to the pandemic.
The NQT membership fee is £110, payment details as per the form. there is also an option to pay 1/4ly to help your finances in your first year post qualification. Payment details on the form.
The Annual subscription has remained at £38.
There is a choice of payment methods: internet bank transfer, Standing Order or payment by Pay Pal below.
Whichever method you choose, your completed renewal form should be with us by 31st October. If you are a UK tax payer, please tick the Gift Aid box as BAPT can claim back 25p for every £1 you pay.
Renewal of your Associate membership of BAPT is due for renewal on 1st October, although we do allow a 4 week buffer zone for the renewal form to be returned to us. The Annual subscription for Associate Members is £55.

As an Associate of BAPT you are entitled to a 30% discount on the subscription to the British Journal of Play Therapy, an annual publication of articles for all Play Therapy practitioners. Please indicate on the form if you would like to take advantage of the discounted subscription which costs £12.
